Residents / Guarantors / Prospects / Customers acknowledge that Owner and/or Manager may use automated technologies, including artificial intelligence (“AI”), chatbots, virtual assistants, automated text messaging, email systems, and other electronic communication tools to respond to inquiries, provide information, assist with leasing and resident services, schedule appointments, and communicate regarding the Property.
Communications generated or assisted by AI or other automated systems are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. Such communications may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies and are not guaranteed to be complete, current, or accurate. Residents / Guarantors / Prospects / Customers should not rely upon an automated communication as a modification, interpretation, representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the Lease, rent, fees, availability, policies, services, amenities, or any other term or condition. No statement or communication generated by an AI or automated system shall amend or modify this Lease, waive any provision of this Lease, or create any obligation or commitment binding upon Owner or Manager. In the event of any inconsistency between an AI-generated or automated communication and the Lease or other written agreement executed by Owner or Manager, the executed written agreement shall control. Information appearing on the Property’s website, online listings, advertisements, social media, third-party listing services, emails, text messages, chat systems, marketing materials, or other electronic or promotional communications is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and may be changed, corrected, or updated from time to time. Photographs, renderings, floor plans, dimensions, amenities, furnishings, services, availability, and other property information are illustrative or informational and may vary from actual conditions. Pricing, rates, fees, concessions, and specials are subject to change at any time without notice and may not reflect current availability or pricing. Final pricing, availability, fees, concessions, specials, and other terms are determined at the time of lease execution and are governed solely by the executed Lease and any written addenda thereto. Residents / Guarantors / Prospects / Customers may request confirmation or clarification of information received through an automated system by contacting the Property’s management office. Only representations or modifications expressly set forth in a written agreement executed by an authorized representative of Owner or Manager shall be binding upon Owner or Manager.
