Divina is a Psychology major and Education Studies minor at Syracuse University, originally from the Bronx, NY. With a strong background in customer service, consulting and student engagement, she values communication, patience, and genuine care in every interaction.

Over the years, she expanded her experience through consulting work in diversity, development, and talent strategy with organizations like Elloree Talent Strategies and NYPR. These roles strengthened her ability to connect with others, foster inclusion, and approach each situation with empathy and professionalism.

Outside of work, Divina stays involved in mentorship programs with local Syracuse schools, involved with many on campus organizations and leads service initiatives focused on youth empowerment and community growth. This internship continues to strengthen her communication and problem-solving skills, preparing her for future roles that center on people, service, and community impact.

Michael Volpe

Michael Volpe is a native of Long Island, New York. He graduated from Centereach High School in 2016 and went on to pursue a degree in forensic science at SUNY Canton. In 2019, Michal graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Technology in Criminal Investigations and a minor in Forensic Science, completing his degree in three years. During his time at SUNY Canton, he graduated at the top of my class and was honored with the Outstanding Graduate Award. He is currently a licensed histology technician in the state of New York.

Salvatore Volpe

Salvatore is a Long Island native who recently relocated to Syracuse, NY. Bringing a strong work ethic from his background in the culinary field, he is eager to transition into marketing, where he thrives on execution, follow-through, and delivering results.

Emma Frasier

Emma is a junior at Syracuse university studying psychology on a pre-med route. She is from Broadalbin, NY. She hopes to attend medical school after graduation from SU, in route to becoming an Emergency Medicine Doctor. 

Outside of premedical studies, she loves learning new skills and interacting with people. She is excited to join the Coda team and the marketing field! 

Osumane Doumbia

Ousmane Doumbia is an industrial designer and creative thinker focused on developing products and experiences that are both purposeful and human-centered. Born in New York City and raised across multiple cultures, his global perspective informs a design approach rooted in adaptability, observation, and storytelling.

A graduate in industrial design, Ousmane explores the relationship between form, function, and user experience through work that spans performance-driven products, interactive systems, and experiential design. His practice is centered on creating solutions that enhance everyday interactions while maintaining a strong emphasis on aesthetics and usability.

He is also the founder of Valotelli, a performance and lifestyle brand that blends athletic functionality with refined design and community engagement. Through initiatives such as curated fitness events and brand activations, he has built a platform that connects design, movement, and culture.

With a strong foundation in ideation, sketching, and concept development, Ousmane brings a balance of creativity and precision to his work. He is driven by a commitment to designing with intention creating products and experiences that not only perform, but resonate.
