Pet-Friendly Amenities at Mayflower
Pet Wash & Grooming Station
Residents with registered pets can take advantage of our convenient pet wash station, making it easy to keep pets clean without leaving the community. Whether it’s a quick rinse after a walk or a full bath day, the pet spa provides added convenience for pet owners.
For the comfort of all residents, only registered pets belonging to current residents may use these facilities. Visiting pets are not permitted.
Convenient Pet Relief Area
Mayflower includes a designated pet relief area featuring AstroTurf and a pet waste station for easy cleanup. This dedicated space helps provide a convenient outdoor area while supporting a clean and attractive community environment.
Residents are expected to clean up after their pets and help keep shared spaces enjoyable for everyone.
Community Pet Policies
Access to Community Amenities
To comply with health, safety, and accessibility requirements, resident amenity spaces are restricted to registered Service Animals that are individually trained to perform tasks for their handlers.
This policy applies to community spaces such as study areas, the fitness center, clubhouse, pool deck, and other shared amenities.
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to applicable housing regulations but are not permitted in amenity spaces unless otherwise required by law.
Pool & Spa Areas
Pets and animals are not permitted within the pool, hot tub, pool deck, or surrounding aquatic areas. Certified Service Animals accompanying their handlers are the only exception as provided under applicable regulations.
Pet Sitting Policy
Only pets registered to current Mayflower residents are permitted to reside within the community. Temporary pet sitting or boarding of animals belonging to non-residents is not allowed.
