Audrey has been working in property management since 2007, starting off as an administrative assistant and advancing to regional manager. Working in multi-unit housing, Audrey is motivated by the day-to-day interaction she has with people of different life experiences and cultures. As such, providing unmatched customer service is something she takes great pride in, is extremely rewarding, and allows her to positively impact everyone at The Coda community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her ultimate vision for The Coda is to be the ultimate community \/ complex in the area, offering upscale living and amenities in conjunction with a tranquil and calming atmosphere. Audrey believes in creating an environment where residents can truly feel at home, be productive in all aspects of their life and enjoy a high-quality lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For herself, Audrey believes in a work \/ life balance, a harmony between her professional and personal roles and goals. During her free time, she cherishes spending time with her family. You\u2019ll often find her out on a boat, enjoying the

With over 5 years of experience in leasing, management and customer service, Khiary (pronounced \u201cKi-ree\u201d) has worked in the market rate conventional & affordable housing markets around Syracuse. This experience has allowed him to gain the knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service to Coda residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Khiary sets forth to be a true ambassador for The Coda, with a belief that \u201canything can be accomplished through a well devised action plan\u201d. He has exhibited willingness to provide viable solutions in conjunction with a dignified effort in execution. By having a relaxing and inviting personality during the leasing process, he exemplifies respect and positivity which is a staple of living at The Coda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Khiary\u2019s vision for his role is to create and maintain a captivating atmosphere for residents and guests alike by cultivating a strong sense of community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over 7 years of maintenance experience, Jonny joins The Coda with vast knowledge on student housing. Jonny has been working primarily with off campus student housing as a maintenance supervisor for many years. Jonny is excited to help the residents of The Coda stay as comfortable as possible by maintaining the facilities to meet their standards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jonny was born and raised in Syracuse and hopes to facilitate a love for the area by fostering a strong sense of community while helping create a home like environment for residents who are choosing to make The Coda their new home. Jonny believes the safety, comfort and wellbeing of the building can help new residents quickly feel at home at The Coda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jonny is known to always be a friendly face, willing to help however he can. When he is not at work, He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He hopes to foster a great relationship with the residents at The Coda to create and maintain a safe environment for all to enjoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harlee is a dedicated hospitality professional with over 4 years of experience in the industry ready to become a part of The Coda community. Coming from Syracuse, where she\u2019s lived her entire life, she takes pride in building strong connections with the residents she serves. Thriving on face-to-face interactions, Harlee finds joy in seeing the personal growth of residents and cherishes the daily opportunities to engage with them. Outside of work, you\u2019ll often find her listening to music or enjoying time outdoors playing with her dogs. With a warm smile and a genuine passion for helping others, Harlee is committed to making a positive impact every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maurice is an exemplary model of determination. With over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry and 7+ years of experience working in Plant Utilities, Maurice is poised to be an excellent addition to the Coda family. Utilizing his mechanical aptitude and experience in Plant Utilities building maintenance, Maurice can effectively perform assigned tasks, completing work orders in a most efficient manner.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a dedicated problem solver, in opposed to concentrating on the problem itself, Maurice would much rather concentrate on a solution. In addition to problem solving on a mechanical level, his people skills allow him to show compromise in efforts of resolving potentially problematic situations within the Coda community. In short, he\u2019s a \u201cpeople\u2019s person \u201cwho likes to fix things. Maurice\u2019s enthusiasm is infectious and helps to create an atmosphere of exciting fellowship. When you\u2019re at The Coda and you hear someone cheer \u201cwe got action\u201d, you\u2019ll know that it\u2019s your friend \u201cMo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over a decade of experience maintaining over 10 properties, Nathaniel brings unmatched dedication and expertise to our team as Lead Porter. Previously responsible for CNY 6 and four additional locations, Nathaniel has a deep understanding of property care and cleanliness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, Nathaniel recently returned home after living in Wilmington, NC. When he\u2019s not ensuring our properties are in top shape, he enjoys spending quality time fishing and taking his grandchild on bike rides. His commitment to both family and work makes him a valued member of our community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John brings over four years of maintenance experience and five years as a drywall finishing team lead to the Coda team. With a strong background in both student housing and construction, he offers a unique skill set that helps ensure the Coda and the Mayflower remain the best on the hill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A lifelong Central New York resident, John knows how important it is to truly love where you live. He takes pride in bringing that same sense of comfort and community to residents and visitors. His approachable nature and problem-solving mindset make him someone people can count on, whether it\u2019s a quick fix, a larger project, or simply lending an ear to a concern. John values building relationships as much as he values building spaces, and he works hard to make every resident feel at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recognized for his reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to listen, John takes pride in addressing residents\u2019 needs with care and attention. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his fianc\u00e9e and daughter, as well as playing Warhammer and Dungeons & Dragons with friends. John is excited to contribute his skills to the community and help maintain the Coda and the Mayflower at the highest standard.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Over the years, she expanded her experience through consulting work in diversity, development, and talent strategy with organizations like Elloree Talent Strategies and NYPR. These roles strengthened her ability to connect with others, foster inclusion, and approach each situation with empathy and professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside of work, Divina stays involved in mentorship programs with local Syracuse schools, involved with many on campus organizations and leads service initiatives focused on youth empowerment and community growth. Michael Volpe is a native of Long Island, New York. He graduated from Centereach High School in 2016 and went on to pursue a degree in forensic science at SUNY Canton. In 2019, Michal graduated Summa Cum Laude<\/em> with a Bachelor of Technology in Criminal Investigations and a minor in Forensic Science, completing his degree in three years. During his time at SUNY Canton, he graduated at the top of my class and was honored with the Outstanding Graduate Award. He is currently a licensed histology technician in the state of New York.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Emma is a junior at Syracuse university studying psychology on a pre-med route. She is from Broadalbin, NY. She hopes to attend medical school after graduation from SU, in route to becoming an Emergency Medicine Doctor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ousmane Doumbia is an industrial designer and creative thinker focused on developing products and experiences that are both purposeful and human-centered. Born in New York City and raised across multiple cultures, his global perspective informs a design approach rooted in adaptability, observation, and storytelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A graduate in industrial design, Ousmane explores the relationship between form, function, and user experience through work that spans performance-driven products, interactive systems, and experiential design. His practice is centered on creating solutions that enhance everyday interactions while maintaining a strong emphasis on aesthetics and usability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is also the founder of Valotelli<\/strong>, a performance and lifestyle brand that blends athletic functionality with refined design and community engagement. Through initiatives such as curated fitness events and brand activations, he has built a platform that connects design, movement, and culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a strong foundation in ideation, sketching, and concept development, Ousmane brings a balance of creativity and precision to his work. He is driven by a commitment to designing with intention creating products and experiences that not only perform, but resonate.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
