What is a Guarantor?

A parent or other qualified, responsible party with the means to make payment should a resident fail to do so. Our Guaranty Agreement requires that an active credit/debit card be registered to solidify this agreement.

What Should My Student Bring?

While our off campus housing for Syracuse University units are fully furnished, students should plan to bring a few essentials to feel fully settled:

Kitchen Essentials

  • Pots, pans, utensils, plates, and cups
  • Spices, napkins, and paper towels

Bedroom Essentials

  • Sheets, blankets, and pillows
  • We provide free standing metal bed frame with headboard and memory foam mattress. Either Full XL 54”W x 80”L x 22”H or Queen 60”W x 80”L x 22” H. Size depends on apartment type.
  • All beds have storage drawers underneath.

Bathroom Essentials

  • Shower curtain, towels, bath mat, and toiletries
  • Laundry basket and trash can

Additional Essentials

  • Computer and accessories
  • Clothing hangers, iron, ironing board
  • Cleaning supplies and laundry detergent
